Guest guest Posted March 9, 2000 Report Share Posted March 9, 2000 Dear List, The poll is based on just the preliminary plan to have the Summer Meeting at the Zen Center, near Providence, Rhode Island some weekend in late July or early August. The stay would cost about $100 for Fri and Sat nights, some meals included. We need your input to know if we have enough interest to proceed. So the choices are simple at this stage. I would like to have some ballpark number to discuss with the Zen Center how many of us to accomodate. So far the high and moderate interest together is only 10 people who have voted. Please write to either me or Rainbolily any special questions or concerns, as we are trying to manage this FOR Harsha whose time is limited. Thanks!!! Consider any possibility of this place and approximate timeframe as a yes or maybe. Once we see how many are interested, further polls for the best weekend for the most people to make it can be taken.
