And Rainbo, you are quite a nutritionist! By the way, I have also heard that certain nutrients can greatly influence moods. Pranayama (breathing techniques) is considered a natural sedative. Walking with deep breathing is helpful. Exercise, diet, meditation all go a long way. Jan, here is a frutiarian. There are a lot of raw fooders who claim that on an all raw diet, due to detoxification, the body and mind heal themselves. The study in nutrition is important for our physicians.
