Felt as it usually is, from the outside-in, depression is a dark energy

sink or drain, but from the inside it is a startlingly vital energy vortex

full of the archetypal forms that, allowed to ferment, lead to

transcendence and transformation.

Thanks David. Another source of healing is Dr. Tomatis work, which

is available in loads of sites on the net. He addresses traumas by

diagnosing which ranges of hearing are no longer available and then

playing music to restablish the range of music.

With this method, Depardieu, Europe's most famous actor, (let's forget

about U.S. tabloid press) was sent to see Tomatis, he arrived in Paris

without speech due to childhood trauma (very severe, obviously).

In six months he had perfect speech and 99% photographic memory.

Love and Light,

Annette

Thanks David for that incredible sharing and insights on depression and the

magnificent poem. And Rainbo, you are quite a nutritionist! By the way, I have

also heard that certain nutrients can greatly influence moods. Pranayama

(breathing techniques) is considered a natural sedative. Walking with deep

breathing is helpful. Exercise, diet, meditation all go a long way. Jan, here is

a frutiarian. There are a lot of raw fooders who claim that on an all raw diet,

due to detoxification, the body and mind heal themselves. The study in nutrition

is important for our physicians.
