I really don't know the teachings as when my kundalini became active, I was

kundalini-ignorant. I had never heard of the word, which usually makes for

an unbalanced & fearful awakening, which I had. Jan and Harsha are the

experts there, and I liked what Amanda said too. I learned later from the

K-list that it is part of the processing in many cases. Being on the list

since '96, it was interesting watching the k-active ego's fly up and down,

including my own. It can get quite fun there at times!

Not sure what the teaching says. I think something profound and progressing

is going on... A bit of the pendulum swing, since it became obvious to me

(later) that K magnifies everything so much you can't miss it... I believe so

you can look at it and see if you want (this) in your life or not. I could

be wrong tho.
