I really don't know the teachings as when my kundalini became active, I was kundalini-ignorant. I had never heard of the word, which usually makes for an unbalanced & fearful awakening, which I had. Jan and Harsha are the experts there, and I liked what Amanda said too. I learned later from the K-list that it is part of the processing in many cases. Being on the list since '96, it was interesting watching the k-active ego's fly up and down, including my own. It can get quite fun there at times! > Does the teaching say that something very profound is going on, and that the person is really progressing? Not sure what the teaching says. I think something profound and progressing is going on... A bit of the pendulum swing, since it became obvious to me (later) that K magnifies everything so much you can't miss it... I believe so you can look at it and see if you want (this) in your life or not. I could be wrong tho. Have a great weekend!
