Thanks, Dharma, for your thoughtful and interesting post. Being someone who works in the mental health field (and often makes the diagnosis of psychosis) I would think that I would know more about k. related problems. The fact that I don't probably makes some comment about traditional western medicine (but I'm not going to go there). Of course, my thinking that I should know more about k. is likely just my ego talking (wasn't it Mark Twain who said, "It isn't the things that I don't know that hurt me; it's the things that I know for a fact that just ain't so!"). I'm glad that at least occasionally I can admit that I don't know *everything* <vbg> And thank you to *all* on this list for allowing me to bask in your experience and knowledge (and pick up a few good "vibes" now and then too :-) namasté- Mike

Guest guest
Hi Mike, >Thanks, Dharma, for your thoughtful and interesting post. Being someone >who works in the mental health field (and often makes the diagnosis of >psychosis) I would think that I would know more about k. related problems. >The fact that I don't probably makes some comment about traditional >western medicine (but I'm not going to go there). Well, this is really a new thing in the West. Fifty years ago there weren't people going into spontaneous Kundalini activation all across the country. There weren't even a lot of people meditating and aware of these things. Whatever the cause is, it's happened fast! Not too many doctors and therapists know about it. There is a hot-line... you can find out about that at El Collie's Shared Transformations website. And I'm sure those folks are glad to know about any more medical people and therapists who know about it and can be called on for help. I have a new local doctor myself... I'm going to go by one day and drop off a copy of Sannella's book. It's a little disconcerting when you tell your doctor you've got active K. and she says, "What's that?" )) And you have to start by saying, "Well, it's not a disease..." >Of course, my thinking that I should know more about k. is likely just my >ego talking (wasn't it Mark Twain who said, "It isn't the things that I don't >know that hurt me; it's the things that I know for a fact that just ain't >so!"). )))))))))))) LOL ))))))))))) I love it!! So glad you're here! Love, Dharma
