Guest guest
Hi everybody, i´m spanish guy (warning with me english). I´m with some effects of pre-aweling (in a wide spectrum of symtoms). Now, after a lot pains, i´m focusing, the natural way, in my heart. I have found books about Sri Ramana. I´m impresed, i didn´t find nobody with this perfection (ok, i konw this not is the rigth sentence for definit Him). I would to like to understand which is the practical form to close in meditation in my heart. When i try i have problems, it hurt me continuosly, an if i focus more the pain increase, i feel my mouth like when i´m very tired (the densiti of the saliva change to up). i´m acustomed to focus above my navel. I feel that i need to close now in me heart, but i feel some fear. Thanks in advance.

Why did you choose to do heart-chakra meditation? In fact, why are you meditating on a chakra at all? Did you have advice from a person or a book? If you're having pain in the area of your heart, it would be wise to see your doctor. Cover all bases, you know. ) We are all different, and what might be the right kind of meditation for one person may not be right for someone else. Focussing on one particular chakra... unless you have good guidance... is kind of chancy. Love, Dharma
Guest guest
Thanks, Yes i mean pre-awaken (oppps, sorry). In fact i didn´t know the symbol ). Usually i´m focusing in the abdomen area, this have inmediate effects in my flows energy: it increase, also vibration, feeling the heart-chakra, flows in my head, press in frown, insensitivity, an so on.. I do this form like zazen breathing but i cannot do sit, this form is too power in effects myself. I do it puting in the bed, this kind is less powerfull, in consequence i feel less fear.. Here in Madrid I´m not able to locate a expert guidance in K. Sometimes i call to ZEN master (i love Zen), but the master don´t know k process(or i must tell )?). One month ago (i dont know why) i have started to feel that i need to close my focus in heart. I don´t know secure about it. But, at the sometime i had read about Sri Ramana. I thought that close meditation in my heart cold be hard but necessary. I have understood your anwser (i´m grateful) about the danger of this method (i don´t start to do it, only proving). Yes i´m have started with a doctor... Thanks and i´m sorry for extra effort to understand me... , Dharma <fisher1@s...> wrote: > Hola Juan, > > Bienvenido, amigo! > > >i´m spanish guy (warning with me english). Don't worry about your English, you are speaking two languages and many of us are having enough difficulty speaking one, but to speak the language of the heart, which you are speaking, is universal and loved by all ... I think you are saying you did meditation in the abdomen and then on heart chakra in relation to Kundalini. Were you doing it to raise Kundalini? Or did you have Kundalini symptoms... and then look for an appropriate meditation? When you were focussing in the abdomen, what chakra were you focussing on? The solar plexus chakra... somewhere near the navel level? Or the one between there and the lowest chakra? >I do this form like zazen breathing but i cannot do sit, this form is >too power in effects myself. I do it puting in the bed, this kind is >less powerfull, in consequence i feel less fear.. When you speak of power, do you mean active Kundalini? How and where do you feel this power? >Here in Madrid I´m not able to locate a expert guidance in K. >Sometimes i call to ZEN master (i love Zen), but the master don´t >know k process(or i must tell )?). So you have a Zen master. What does he think about your chakra meditations in relation to Kundalini? If you didn't get the meditations from your Zen master, where did you get them? From a book? >One month ago (i dont know why) i have started to feel that i need to >close my focus in heart. I don´t know secure about it. But, at the >sometime i had read about Sri Ramana. It seems that you have some instructions about closing a chakra... does that come from a book too? What book are you using? >I have understood your anwser (i´m grateful) about the danger of >this method (i don´t start to do it, only proving). According to what you said, you have been doing it enough to cause pain. >Yes i´m have started with a doctor... What does the doctor say about your heart? >Thanks and i´m sorry for extra effort to understand me... It's okay. ) We have people here from many countries. If there's something that you can't get into English, and you really need to say it in Spanish, I would probably understand. I used to read Spanish very well... I'm way out of practice, but I have a wonderful big dictionary. )) Love, Dharma
Guest guest
The effects of the K are very wide lastly i don´t need to meditate to feel K: * headaches sometimes very high. * Light blinking like a cinema or points. * thunder up in my spine upward head (very strong). * out of body experience. like if flow in a water. * Fear to presences an voices.... * movetments (one day my hand articulating my wirst, and curveing the spine, an another extrange movetments. * flow energie in all my body an heat. Sometimes like fluid. * pain in throad, heart, top on the head, press in base of spine. * quake in body (sometime like earthquake. * so on * A lot of psicologial. All of this oscillate an is uncontrolable for me. Only that i want is take a distance with the experience a go, go direct. Me he realizado un chekeo integro. La conclusion es que estoy como un reloj (all is right). I´m deep thank to you by your following.... , Dharma <fisher1@s...> wrote: > Hola Juan, > > >Yes i mean pre-awaken (oppps, sorry).
