Guest guest
hi everyone, if anyone here has a few spare minutes, could you send healing energy to my son, Richard? He's got an upset stomach, I think it's viral, and he must have thrown up a couple of dozen times in the past twenty hours. The poor kid is worn out (and so am I for that matter!) Thanks, gill ps sorry for the cross-posting.

He's got an upset stomach, I think it's viral, and he must have thrown up a couple of dozen times in the past twenty hours. The poor kid is worn out (and so am I for that matter!) Thanks, gill ps sorry for the cross-posting. Gill, I wish your son well. Throwing up is tough on the body and can make the ribs and the muscles ache. I have heard doctors say to have the Gatorade and pedialyte drinks around for kids when they lose water because dehydration can be serious. Hope your son feels better soon. Talk to a nurse or doctor and they may have some advice and it might make you feel better. Harsha
Guest guest
Hi Harsha, everyone, Richard's dad took him to see the doctor a little while ago. The doctor agreed that it was viral and prescribed something to calm his stomach down (which has had the interesting side effect of turning his vomit dark green). I'm making sure he drinks plenty of water - he won't touch rehydrating fluids. He seems a little bit better. Thanks, gill > Gill, I wish your son well.
