Hello Michael,

lt sounds like we've been asking many of the same questions and have come

to many of the same (tentative) conclusions. You've expressed it very well,

as always. lt's hard to discuss k in relation to its movements when people

disagree as to what is k and what is pranic movement. l've heard the

"experts" disagree on this one too.

Your process sounds alot more enjoyable

than mine, what with these "abominable acts" you've been committing. :):):) l

won't press you for details on these, but l'd enjoy hearing anything about

your process (and life too, insofar as it's relevant) that you'd like to

share.

love,

jerry

Sounds like one of those three stage rocket

fuels they use. ;)

Alcohol to blast off with,

a good dose of protein to get fully

into orbit and then fats to get out of orbital

pull and out. ;))

;)) And have an inkling of a better singing voice when focusing on the throat

center...

My neighbours deeply appreciate that

power... ;)

Love,

Amanda.

(You know you have spent too much time with

Kundalini when:

you have an electric shock and you feel

it bump against your crown chakra and soles of

feet at the same time... ;) )
