Guest guest
Namaste All, Hillary. No offence, but K doesn't result in realisation, just yogic powers and perhaps even bliss. The best method I would think would be to ignore the experiences and the bliss and go beyond. For they are all in illusion and tend to bind. K will happen anyway if it is happening why worry about it and reinforce desires and attachments to it. The Sakti again is Saguna Brahman, the mind, God, Iswara. One cannot feel that until the day of realisation. What we feel even in bliss is prana. That is what I am saying, for there is a lot of preoccuption with something that is essentially a purifier not a method of realisation!! I am not nullifying the experiences, just why worry about them, meditate pray, and it happens without all the fuss. Bliss is the last obstacle.
