You guys are great in your own unique way. I do not recall Angelique asking Jerry or anyone to leave the K- List other than the two people mentioned. Perhaps Jerry "felt" he was being thrown out. The need for another list was evident at a certain point and it happened and it is all wonderful. My feeling has always been that Angelique accommodated everyone on the K-List as far as was possible and even beyond that. Angelique was a patient saint compared to many other moderators.. And although she was occasionally critical of people's behavior she never lashed out at anyone without a good reason.. But frankly even the wrath of Mystress Angelique can be sweet I think. Which is why many people misbehaved on the K-List. They enjoyed the Internet spanking the Mystress gave them. Admit it Jerry. You did too buddy! And you want it again now! :--).
