People like Hitler belong to a descent of beings prior to Adamic man that have no interest at all in Moksha. They are astral beings and are quiet happy in this and the other lower realms. They lost domination of the planet completely c 20,000 years ago and are still trying to regain it. They don't have the same result at death as we do, for they are astral dwellers. They can control how the take birth in this plane. Karma effects them differently as it does to us. Normal humans who are probably genetically engineered either do not know of Moksha or don't know how. These are more likely to progress to a Ghandi. Now you all know that I am mad for sure ha ah ah .
