I am the messenger! 2. I am the son of God! 3. I and my Father are One! Is it not written that ye also are God/Gods. As there are many fundamentalists and sects, most didn't practice Christianity, just lip service. The Cathars tried to honestly and dualistically, I suppose. In Palestine at the time of Jesus there were, Sadducees, Pharisees, Essenes. I really don't know how anti-Semitism started, perhaps as far back as the Pharoah? I suspect it was because the Israelites was a term originally for seekers, who knows? Also at this time Hebrews and later Jews had been in the European continent before the Celtic and Germanic tribes drifted in. A semitic type language was spoken in Ireland and parts of the British Isles, I have samples somewhere. Hitler had his own reasons and I doubt it had much to do with religious intolerance. He also was resurrecting old Norse religions so he owed nothing to Christianity. Christianity is a nice idea, perhaps we should try it?
