I have seen nothing in the literature to suggest any Semitic language there before the Celts. In fact, I don't think there is anything remaining of the pre-Celtic language(s) except in place-names. The Celtic Iron Age rolled across Europe even earlier than 400 B.C., of course. Have you any evidence for Hebrews being there to meet them? I would certainly be interested in seeing those samples.
