Guest guest
Namaste All, Roger, It is not negative to wish for an end to lives, and for moksha or liberation. Death is essentially separation from our desires, that's all. You seem to have a chip on your shoulder about Christianity or Jesus?? So whether Jesus died or not depends on your understanding of that term. The Truth is that Jesus according to many sage's opinions was a Jivanmukta or whatever term one wishes to use for this state. He,namely the Liberated Jesus energised the 'dead' body of Jesus in order to continue what work was required. It is said that Jesus realised he was Christ when he was in his mid twenties or earlier, that is when Jesus the man/ego died, not in his thirties on the cross. It saves time otherwise one has to grow up another body. Yogis in India have used a technique to enter relatively good bodies, of people who have recently died, to do their work. There are reports in India of yogis entering bodies ready for cremation and taking off. hahahah! So death is a relative term ,what dies? who dies? Find out who you really are and become that and "death ",will be seen as only an illusion. That seems to be the common teaching of all the Sages.
