Hello everyone. Just wanted to thank you Antoine for your recent writings.

They are quite amazing and your vantage point is indeed unique. I hope we

will continue exploring it.

 

Jerry, your dialogue with Rob is really moving. I hope you will continue

sharing about your Kundalini experiences as well. Amanda and Mark have

discussed the certain breathing exercise that might impact Kundalini

awakening. My article on Kundalini Shakti discusses some of those issues. In

the context of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) regulation of

sexual energy and sleep energy are two factors in Kundalini experiences.

Perhaps there can be dialogue on this at the summer retreat.

 

Thanks Roger and Tony for spicing it up a bit. Hey, we love you guys.

Honestly. You both have such a total passion for truth it seems that one

cannot help but admire it. I wish I could give you both a big hug. I think

that is what our Bodhisattva in residence Janpa would say.

 

As always TG, your usual dose of common sense and compassion stands out.

Still miss your one liners. "Fake it until you make it!" was quite funny and

memorable and had a certain insightful quality to it.

 

Let us welcome the new members and thank Greg, Edward, Bruce, Dirk, Andrew,

Nasir, Mark, Paul, Antoine, Amanda, Roger, Jerry, Mark, Mike, Michael,

and so many others for their presence here.

 

I appreciate the fact that so many members contribute honestly from their

hearts with the free and creative spirit of expression and with good humor

and fun. It seems to me that profound interaction and exchange need not be

devoid of compassion, a feeling of amity, and love.

 

Sure, we fight sometimes, but then we make up! :--).
