like this ... Real human stuff we all deal with. And with such love in your

hearts.

Thanks, Mark. I wrote that.. For while witnessing was my salvation. Now the

tables have been turned & I feel reversed :-) Sounds funny doesn't it? Mark I

want to tell you I d from NDS to focus here. I share this because I

notice you wrote to me there, just before I left today.

I think as children we repressed how we felt to survive. Have you ever heard the

saying that it is what you haven't allowed yourself to feel, that will kill you?

My dear mother was a 20 year meditator, BUT she never embraced psyche work. She

kept hiding from her wound. She died of cancer. Now I know her generation was

bound, & taught not to feel, & be polite & fit in.

My brother & I learnt meditation from her lead. Now we are breaking the cycle

carried on down our line. We are deep in our psyches from the illuminating torch

our Essence has shone on our dark hidden alleyways. Meditation will take you in

deep, & even past it all. But to come back & See with clarity, I believe the

shadows must be also be loved back into the light. Yes we love our children (our

emotions) through letting them speak to us. (We dare to feel the core wound). I

do. Do I have a choice? :-)))

Ok. You are clarifying this for me as you say that. Now I have to say I believe

it is possible to romance the Self (Being) through diving deep with pysche's

depths. I know for myself that my psyche is a direct path into transcendental

Self. But I was a meditator when I was shown that.

That said .. I also believe in Guru as mediator between the one lost identifying

as ego personality .. & that Guru mediates between Grace & the aspirant. Guru is

needed to cut you from ego attachment ~ even if for a few moments, I feel.

I know that meditation cultures the body & brain to experience, & in time

maintain transcendental awareness so it can be strong enough to experience

Grace. Grace I equate with infinity infusion. I would like to hear other peoples

ideas & definitions.

Can Guru function be charmed into aiding an aspirant seeking himself through

psychological means? I suppose so :-) Now would be agood time for a

Nisargadatta quote where he explains Guru may be anywhere (even speaking from a

book blessing). It may not need be a living or certain Master (who may have

passed on) apparently.

So I am fascinated when I meet some who are Jungian analysts or whatever who do

carry an Essence glow. It seems there are many ways.

Thanks for listening,

Love,

Col

MMmmmmm....

Dear, dear, dear Colette,

thank you for being in my life. I will want to respond with some sort

of harmony/counterpoint/unrelated noise to thislovely post, but am too

tired now. I got my official de-appointment letter yesterday and was

amazed to experience such joy at the freedom it represents. Last night

the flip side kept me tossing and turning until 4:00 or 5:00. Today was

a hard day. I talk a good game, and I mean it about experiencing the

pain (both today's and yesterday's) fully, but I have to admit it's not

fun. Anyway, so much for the confession of how I am feeling tonight. I

just wanted to say that your wisdom is welcome (deeply welcome) here.

(here being Mark's heart) Breaking the cycle is so so so important.

Mmmmmmmm..... I love you.

hmmm... I do gush, don't I?

Love, Mark
