Guest guest
Hi Jerry and all, Thank you very much for posting the URL to us. The website and message board should be of good help to some ppl. I have a comment which I thought I should make. The personal story listed on your website titled "It began innocently enough" includes descriptions of "Invisible beings were making changes to my body......"planting gems in my chakras", they told me. Then I would be "in service to the hierarchy", they said. I couldn't move to defend myself. I was paralyzed. ... For months I felt like I was plugged into 220 volts of electricity with a body designed for 110 volts. I slept only in short spurts and then I had terrible nightmares. I was scared to lie down or go to bed." Nightmares, sleeplessness, energy rushes in sleep as well as "attacks from invisible beings" often at night and then being unable to move is very common when having a Kundalini activation. These things will come and go in periods and it is possible to get used to it although it takes flexibility. I take it is less bothersome than constant physical pain however, which must be very difficult to adjust to. Love, Amanda. As you point out, these are fairly normal experiences which are mentioned. For many people who have prepared the groundwork, have some guidance from experienced individuals and know the territory, the Kundalini awakening is a very positive occurrence. Swami Narayananda has pointed out that Kundalini awakening can be related to physical and mental discomfort as well and has suggested ways to minimize that. There are many good people here on the list with much experience who can give insight into various aspects of Kundalini manifestations.
