What prevents the natural interpenetration between the individual and

the outer world is fear, and fear alone - the horror of being gobbled

up and totally annihilated by the ever-present specter of death. But

when the whole panorama of manifestation, including the one who

experiences it, is seen to be but a mirror-imaging in consciousness

of the subjective REALITY, where is death or anyone to fear it?

Seeking the source of the "me" does not mean replacing one set of

thoughts for another but getting rid of all thoughts by fixing the

attention on that Self which is the constant presence behind the

mind.
