Guest guest
Hi Gill, >Okay, Jerry, I believe you. >Guess I just got some buttons pushed... >gill I think it was your lucky day! It's a fortunate thing to get your buttons pushed... you get to find out where another button IS! Then you can clear it, and it's gone forever. Some people find buttons and spend a long time working on them, with a psychiatrist or spiritual teacher. But the fast way is to just clear them away, get rid of them entirely. Poof! Button gone! And you are freer than you were before... another constraint out of the past is wiped away forever. Love, Dharma

I've tried the Sedona method, the 'giving it to Goddess' method, and heaven knows what else... I've not found anything permanent yet. Mebbe I'm doing something wrong... I do see your point about it being my lucky day, especially as I was able to see how it's currently affecting my life. > Some people find buttons and spend a long time working on them, with a > psychiatrist or spiritual teacher. I'm thinking of doing Holotropic Breathwork, but I won't be doing it until later on this year, so if you can recommend something that I can try now, I'll give it a whirl!
