Thanks a lot for the information! And Dirk, thanks for the

interesting story. Let's see if either "Living With the

Himalayan Masters" or "The Whole Thing, The Real Thing"

is helpful - ordering books via Internet seems to be almost

too easy, I wouldn't be spending that much on books if I

had to go to a bookstore to find them.
