I > will pass this on to the NDS. > Harsha< Namaste Harsha, Often when I come out of meditation, I take a first breath and that is what seems to bring me back, however I have no memory of any prior experience in meditation, except that I was not conscious but not asleep either. I wondered for a long time that perhaps I wasn't breathing for why the sudden breath? I have sometimes had bliss memories but not all the time. I usually do the three pranayama exercises before meditation but not heavy. Chanting Gayatri during retention as a counting method also.
