Namaste All, Thank you Harsha,

Thank you for sharing. Perhaps you are experiencing

what is sometimes

called

Yoga Nidra. It is said to be deeply restful. It seems

that in deep

relaxation the breath slows done to the extent that it

is not

noticeable.<

Yes, that was my guess as well, for there is no

tossing and turning, it is a complete motionless

state. I use the corpse position for meditation.

At one time I used to 'suffer', from my heart missing

a beat or two, whilst in the normal state. That may

have been stress or kundalini.

Now how do I go to Samadhi and not take the road to

Yoga Nidra, they must be somewhat close. One being

more than deep sleep and the other incorporating all?

That is the question!

Om Namah Sivaya, Tony.
