I am reading Jck Kornfield's new book _After the Ecstacy the Laundry_ subtitled How the Heart Grows Wise on the Spiritual Path This is a wonderful and mindful book. I am enjoying it very much. Excuse me if I do not quote from it for you. There is just too much and too many quotes in the book already. The gist of the book is that the heart is where its all at. HAHAHAH and HOHOHO!
