I found it both apt and inspiring. As the mind is faced with what it most dislikes, often the only detectable reaction is fear. But unless there is a real danger presenting itself, and not simply just a breaking of habitual thoughts and patterns, which is often what evokes fear on the spiritual path, fear is a useless reaction.
