l'm going to have my agent give Powells a good scolding for running out

of my book. lnexcusable. Michael, l forgot you live in Portland ....(sigh)

lucky guy. Ever spend much time in their zen garden? l think l noted in a

previous post that when l used to visit Swami Chetanananda in Portland l

spent most my daytime hours in the garden. Ain't been back since l broke with

him nearly 5 yrs ago, and l have to say that l miss the garden more than l

miss Swami (nothing against him but it's true). The garden and that great

vegetarian restaurant off Sandy Blvd (Old Wives Tale? was that it? don't

remember now, but what great food.)
