Thank you for this wonderful story, Harsha. Always very good to hear stories about the great teacher and the people that had the opportunity to meet him. I wonder, though, if not agitation of the mind and restlessness of the body will be alleviated by itself by the practice of self inquiry, or when one is too agitated or exhausted for that, simple watching the mind and body ? I have a distinct feeling, the Self, which can be very subtle for the mind to detect at times, is simply waiting for the opportunity to take hold of the restless mind, and reveal itself further and further, minimizing agitation over time.
