lt seems l've been quite distracted by some pressing matters in

recent weeks --- which is why it's taken me so long to get around to

thanking

you for this most beautiful post in which you commented on your own

realization and the influence of Ramana on your path. This is one l'll

continue to read for awhile.

Dearest Jerrysan Rinpoche,

 

You know how completely special you are to us. Even though we have never

met, I feel we have been friends for a long time.

 

Remember the time when you said that the list was boring and you were going

to drop it until we started telling some good stories about ourselves. And

lot of us rushed in to tell our stories because we wanted to hang on to you

Jerry or do our best at least. Then you decided to stay and at TG's request

told us your Zen Garden story (its time to rerun that for the new members).

With telling us the story, you imprinted your Zen garden on our hearts.

 

Your kind and generous complements and comments always bring great warmth to

me Jerry. When sometime ago on the K-List you were saying many nice things

to me, I shamelessly kept quiet, not being up to the task of matching your

eloquence and knowing what to say.

 

It is our privilege to share in fellowship, and if that sharing evokes the

warmth of friendship that is all the better.

 

As you know Jerry, I am muddling my way through life as best as I can. As we

move through the various landscapes life presents us, beautiful and scenic

sometimes and dry like the desert and difficult other times, the cooling

breeze of love and fellowship whispers in our ears and reminds us of the

eternal song. Thanks Jerry for giving words to such songs and putting them

to music in the rhythm of love and friendship.

 

We are all in the same boat, navigating through various cross currents and

waves in this ocean of consciousness. It is pure delight for me to be in

your company and to know that we are the same.
