Seeing the world via our ideas of the world..is not seeing the world directly. Why have we settled for concepts the second hand goods of the Mind? If we are serious about union with the Divine why continue our useless chatter about the Divine? Why not sit down under a tree and swear not to move until the doors of enlghtenment swing open... directly revealing the Divine as experience... which no amount of verbal description has ever done or can ever do. You ask us to sit down under the tree and swear not to move until the doors of enlightenment swing open... But brother, what/who can guarantee that the doors of enlightenment will swing open if I do that??? I'm a common man, not a very spiritual person. I'm now in the intersection, confuse of choosing the way to live this life. How do you think the best way to live this life? What a silly question... :-) but I'm waiting for the answer.
