Thanks for sharing this, Victor. It is an interesting question, what does happen when we slack off on the reflex to reach out and fix things, even mentally ? It's difficult though, at least in the beginning, to pick oneself out of the old heap of garbage we carry, to peek over the walls of the conditioned ego, of all the inherited ideas of how we have been taught things "should" be, and stop reaching out to try and fix that which we perceive. I realized a few days ago, fear had always been a component of my life, even though it has always been a dream to live without fear, it has always been there, to some degree or other. When looking directly at this fear, it turned out, I was also afraid of a life without fear. For without fear, all sorts of things could happen, it would mean I could start doing things I had not dared do before, and, God forbid, acceptance might be the result of no fear. Life is funny. I'm powerful if I am controlling things and events. But control kills that still small voice who we really are. An awful price to pay for something which is unreal. Causes lots of ill health and sickness too. I fear I will lose control and be confined to a hellish life. Lose control and be in the AS-IT-IS right here and now. Yes, life is funny!<<V Love and affection, Victor

She and my brother, John, and their one year old baby, Ingrid, are currently travelling to her home and the other Nordic countries... John just called and said it's beautiful... She plays violin, beautifully, she's so sweet, and beautiful and also speaks five languages fluently, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian, English and French :-) Which five did you say you speak? I left the list because I was so overwhelmed with work, about five months ago, so, I may have missed this as you had just joined... look forward to sharing truths in many languages... although my languages are different ones :-) L*L*L bo
