I took a look at your art work at the shared files and enjoyed the pictures a

lot. Especially the little eye holding the flowers. Loved that one !

I tried the pictures you had uploaded to the shared files, and although the

pictures were small, none of them came up. COuld you check them again ?

Sometimes I suspect that where the angels take the wuss option, only a

human can go.

They are beautiful, very much so.

But I'm biased of course.

There can be bad weather there though, even in summer, so one travels best

prepared. I do hope your brother and his wife will have a good time in

Scandinavia.

Ever since you told us you had been to the White House for dinner, I was hoping

for some stories (gossip) from there, preferrably in English.

 

I know a lot of bad words in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English and German. But

only the two last languages can be counted as separate from my own. The Nordic

languages are similar enough to be almost interchangeable, they are as similar

to each other as Dutch is to Flemish or British English is to Scottish. Some

exposure and you can understand it very easily, like with a different dialect.
