This is one of the profoundest questions - what do you actually do when you're standing at the gate and something is pulling you irresistably through, towards annihilation into the Silence ? Maybe quickly start chopping wood, carrying water, cultivate some vices and desires ? Anything to keep you within time & space and causality ? Once dissolving really has become a tangible possibilty, there seems to be a totally primal fear that kicks in. - O Lord now that I've seen you, please, PLEASE let me forget again, just for a little while and let me hang out with my friends a few more years, play my guitar, go shopping, enjoy this world !! On the other hand, maybe after total surrender to God's power and ego-eradication, it's time to start controlling the Shakti after all, but now from a different perspective. Get to be in charge of the Great Elements that create the universes, be truly creative, consciously be the projecting part of Lila's Dance ...
