These are .jpg files. Virginia and I have traveled to many places in the world and you will not find a prettier place than this. Donnie Botkin has finished leveling the site for the shelter/pavilion which will be 30 feet long by 20 feet wide. Plenty of room for friends to meet in an outdoor salon setting. Lots of camping room for those who like to rough it and reasonably priced hotel/motel space for those who like the amenities. The wildflowers are putting on a magnificent display. The shagbark hickory trees and the black- walnut trees are providing all kind of nuts for storage. Chuck Neeley will be here with his portable sawmill the first part of October to saw, stack and chink the lumber for drying. Highland Place is at 2000 feet with a crisp, clean, sunny climate.
