Guest guest
This body is a dwelling of the True Lord, and my heart like a garden in bloom. Within it are fountains, within is are prayer grounds, within it places to bow down in prayer. Within it is the Ka'ba, within it the qibla, within it cries "Only Allah!" I found a Perfect Guide, oh BaHU, He alone will take care of me. ******* ******* ******* ******* This body of yours is the True Lord's dwelling, so mystic, look inside! The water of Life is within you. Illuminate the darkness with the lamp of longing, then perhaps you'll find what you have lost. They die before they die, oh BaHU, those who understand the riddle of Truth. ******* ******* ******* ******* Lovers always wander drunken from their love of the Beloved. Those who give the Beloved their lives while still living are alive in both worlds. -- Sultan BaHU, "Death Before Dying -- The Sufi Poems of Sultan BaHU," Jamal J. Elias, University of California Press, Berkeley _________________ To get your own FREE ZDNet Onebox - FREE voicemail, email, and fax, all in one place - sign up today at http://www.zdnetonebox.com
