Hi Jessica,

 

There are 3 intense things in life that often occur together, or often 2

out of 3 occur together --

 

1. changing living quarters

2. changing job

3. changing/gaining/losing a significant other

 

I know you are in the process of moving (and writing e-mail too!) - are you

also doing either of the other two things??

Vestiges of a "shame ego" arise as I am feeling "hungover" from all the

mental stimulation & "getting involved" ( for the already thwacked nervous

system) with juggling moving, working, etc. etc. etc. and posting here

lately. Actually, the question often arises, "What am I doing being involved

in an egroup & posting messages." Rajas looming high! (One of those times

I referred to Michael : ( ) But I have met a few friends along the way and

that has been well worth it. Forgive my unconsciousness as it seems i've

been tripping over my words; into my head and out of my heart, along with

Yes. A variation of the theme on all 3 and more. Might say loss has been my

constant companion for the last 5 years.

Hello Jessica:

I definitely understand loss as a companion especially in the last 5

years (we must share similar eclipse patterns) my heart goes out to

you. As I stand at the point where I now am finalizing the losses

and looking towards rebuilding it has become apparent that along the

way many false identities were also shed. Life has always had a

generous helping of loss and there was strength and wisdom gained

from each experience. This last go-round seems to have shifted

something deep within for I no longer had the tendency to blame

others or rage at fate it all became a play and I an actor in that

play. It became time to put beliefs to the test and I found that

within the losses anything that mattered was there and could never be

anything but everything.

Good luck with your move I hope the new setting is filled with light and beauty.
